Hi, I’m Yuliia Babich
I’m a Ukrainian botanical tattoo artist based in Vancouver.
I work exclusively in freehand style, creating floral compositions directly on the skin — without stencils, using the natural flow of the body as my main guide.
Over the years, I’ve developed a unique way of sketching, balancing structure and spontaneity, and finding harmony between the anatomy of the body and the rhythm of the plants I draw.
This online workshop was created for artists who love delicate botany and want to grow their freehand confidence.
You’ll see my full process — from the first lines to the final tattoo — with detailed explanations, tips, and real-time footage.

Here I show the complete on-skin drawing process — from planning shapes and following body anatomy to creating natural movement, adding details, and building depth. You’ll learn how to draw directly on the body, understand proportions, and make your composition feel alive and connected to the person’s shape.

Tattoo Process
A full close-up look at my tattooing technique. We’ll go through outlines, shading, contrast, and needle control, with real-time footage and detailed explanations. I’ll also share my personal tricks, practice tips, and the structure I follow in every tattoo — to help you gain confidence and refine your own approach.
